The White Pebble
My work is a metaphor for the fragility of our habitat. As well as this desire to take over the Earth.
The White Pebble, a covering work, speaks of the artist’s desire to keep a piece of the Rivière des Galets for herself. Yasmine was born at the mouth of the Rivière des Galets, the Plain of la Rivière des Galets, and she lives and works there.
